Overview

Applications:

ABC cable(aerial bundle cable)is primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting,outdoor lighting ,and temporary service for construction.To be used at voltage of 600V phase -to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75℃ for polyethylene insulated conductor or 90℃ for crossliked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.

Our overhead insulated cable have formed a system ,such as single core,two-core,three-core and four-core.There are conductors of aluminum,copper or aluminum conductors steel-reinforced.We can manufacture the overhead insulated cable not only in accordance with China’s standard GB12557-90 but also the other standards and special requirement by the customers.

Packing Details:

For the Low Volatge Aluminum Wire Conductor Underground Cable ,we usually use the standard wooden drum to package with this belowing picture.We also can design different and various package types according to the customer's special requirements.

All cables will be packed in rool or different sizes wooden reels according to their outside diameter and net weight.

1. We use fumigated & treated timber wooden reel to package cables.

2.Frequently-used reel sizes: 0.7*0.7*0.7m, 1.1*1.1*0.8m, 1.8*1.8*1.1m, 2.2*2.2*1.8m, or as customer's reauests

3. Wooden plate sealed.

4. 72 pcs of 0.7m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.

28 pcs of 1.1m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.

6 pcs of 1.8m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.
